Rumors have been circulating that the stunning actress would be playing the iconic role of Ariel in the upcoming live-action version of Disney’s The Little Mermaid. But, as it turns out, those rumors are totally false! Berry took to social media to clear the air and let fans know that she won’t be donning a fishtail anytime soon. “Sorry to disappoint, but I’ll be staying on land for now!” she wrote, along with a winking emoji. Even though Halle won’t be playing our favorite mermaid, we can’t wait to see what she’ll do next!
