Countless celebrities, including Alexa Demie, appeared in the Balenciaga winter 2022 campaign. The “Euphoria” actress is featured in the design house’s campaign, which was inspired by various weather conditions.
Along with Kim Kardashian, Big Matthew, Khadim Sock, and Kim Yeon-koung, Demie is featured in the advertisement. Photographer Daniel Roché, who is based in Berlin, took the photographs for the ad.
In her ad photographs, Demie is shown standing in front of a desert landscape while carrying a silver sequined Balenciaga Le Cagole bag and donning an oversized fur coat.
Demie may be seen in a different image posing on a snowy New York City street while donning a white bodysuit underneath a black lace dress. Additionally, she is spotted carrying a Balenciaga Crush bag.
The advertisement comes after Demna, the creative director of Balenciaga, presented the fashion house’s ready-to-wear show for fall 2022 within a massive snow globe, with models walking the catwalk while it dumped snow all around them.
Demie has already attended a number of Balenciaga runway shows and sported the brand’s attire on the red carpet. Demie most recently showed up for the company’s resort 2023 runway presentation at the New York Stock Exchange while dressed in a cutting-edge denim jumpsuit.
She wore a form-fitting black dress as she attended the fashion house’s fall 2022 couture presentation in Paris.
Demie wore a specially created black sequined maxi dress from Balenciaga for the HBO show “Euphoriasecond “‘ the season premiere. For the premiere, she worked with Demna on two more ensembles, including a bright green bodysuit and jacket and a red latex coat.
Photographer Daniel Roché from Berlin photographed the entire event, which tapped into the notion that we’ll have to relocate indoors in the not-too-distant future as the weather grows more severe and catastrophic due to climate change.
Then, weather phenomena like thunderstorms and blizzards will be replicated using VR technology, as was seen inside the dome where Balenciaga’s AW22 presentation was held.
