“Built for the masters of their craft” is what Logitech has to say about the newly released MX Master Wireless Mouse. With a manually crafted design, multiple functions and a long-lasting battery, the MX Master can deliver the power, mobility and sensitivity for extended office use in different computing conditions.
The mold used for developing the mouse is based on a handcrafted wooden shape, sculpted carefully. A fine motion control and comfortable position for your hand and wrists are what the design of the MX Master has to offer. The speed adaptive scroll wheel from the top allows to customize the way you go through pages, either using click-by-click or hyper-fast scrolling. You get another scroll wheel that is to be actioned using the thumb. The thumb scroll wheel’s behavior can be customized using the Logitech Options software.

The laser technology that allows to MX Master mouse to accurately depict cursor movements is more than what you usually get from regular laser mice. The angle of the LED has been changed and the receiving sensor repositioned, allowing for a bigger light contrast and higher level of control. The Darkfield Technology implemented in the MX Master allows it to work even on shiny and transparent surfaces without loss in control.
The MX Master comes with dual connectivity: Bluetooth and Unifying technology. Either way, a button placed on the bottom of the mouse, near the laser LED, allows you to switch between three different devices the mouse is connected to. That’s right, you can connect the MX Master simultaneously up to three independent devices. With all these functions, users may worry about battery life. According to Logitech, the integrated rechargeable battery can hold on a day’s worth of office work with only 4 minutes of charging time, while a fully charged battery can hold the mouse functional for 40 days.
The Logitech MX Master Wireless mouse requires Bluetooth Smart ready devices running Windows 8 or later / Mac OS X 10.10 or later, or USB capable devices running Windows 7 or later. Inside the original package you get the MX Master mouse, a micro-USB cable for charging and the Logitech Unifying Receiver.
