Land Rover decided that this would be a good idea, hence the concept vehicle presented to you below. It’s fairly attractive, with a somewhat bulky front and very tall sides. It looks like a blown-up version of a doll’s car, actually. Still, no need to be so harsh.
The Evoque Convertible proudly houses a smooth 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection which delivers 240 hp to all four wheels through a 6-speed automatic gearbox, with steering-wheel-mounted paddles for manual control. This all-roader is a no-roof master of asphalt, snow, and sand.
The company has made no promises for producing the Evoque Convertible, however attractive its fully retractable soft top may be. Still, one can hope.
