According to Miami-Dade State’s Attorney Kathy Rundle, a Florida OnlyFans Model suspected of stabbing her partner months ago has been prosecuted criminally.
According to authorities, Courtney Clenney, 25, also known online as Courtney Tailor, stabbed her lover, Christian “Toby” Obumseli, 27, once in the chest, and was found bathed in blood on the balcony of her opulent Miami high rise on Sunday, April 3.
Police declared the killing to be in self-defense, hence there were no charges against Florida OnlyFans Model brought at the time. However, Rundle’s office began an investigation into the issue that lasted for close to four months.
According to Rundle’s office, the sealed arrest warrant for a second-degree murder accusation will be made available on Thursday to the public.
According to her lawyer, Frank Prieto, Clenney was taken into custody by police on Wednesday in Hawaii. In response to allegations of domestic violence, he said that his client had “always offered to self-surrender” and that she still believes that she stabbed the man in self-defense
According to a police report that has been substantially redacted, cops responded to a complaint of violent violence and went to the couple’s house at 5 o’clock. They encountered a front desk manager who led them to the flat where police discovered Obumseli with a single knife wound to the torso.
The family of Obsumseli was enraged by the first decision not to prosecute Clenney.
“Although the family is still mourning the untimely death of Mr. Obumseli, we believe that once a full investigation is done Ms. Clenney will be held to account for taking the life of Mr. Obumseli.”Larry Handfield, their lawyer, made a prediction at the time.
Jeffrey Obumseli, a brother of Obumseli, asserted that Clenney had not sustained any wounds as a result of the conflict to support her claim of self-defense.
