Bad Bunny and Adidas have collaborated once more to create a new take on the popular Forum Low styles. For the latest release, the legendary Bad Bunny Shoes were given a blue makeover.
The Bad Bunny x Adidas Forum Low Buckle “Blue Tint” sneakers have arrived in Puerto Rico, the rapper’s birthplace. They are now available for $160 and will most likely be available in more locations soon. Sneakerheads will have to wait until then for more information.
The collaboration with Adidas: Bad Bunny Shoes
Since March 2021, Puerto Rican musician Benito Antonio Martnez Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny, has collaborated with Adidas to create footwear. Early last year, the 27-year-old reggaeton star and Adidas announced a “long-term partnership that will see us work on a number of collaborative projects and product drops over the coming seasons”. For sure this collaboration has contributed to Bad Bunny net worth.
So far, the collaboration has resulted in a single silhouette, the Adidas Forum Low. The sneakers, which feature a buckle-laces crossover and a chunky construction, have also been reworked by Adidas collaborators Beyoncé and Kerwin Frost.
So far, Bad Bunny and the German label have served a pair of delectably tasty beige, off-white, and brown “First Café” Adidas Forum Buckle Lows, as well as a baby pink “Easter Egg” iteration of the shoes. Following those releases, Bunny released the Forum “Back To School” in August 2021, which was a chunky all-black-everything design.
Every sneaker release has been a smashing success. Bunny has not only won over hypebeasts, but he has also impressed the likes of self-confessed sneakerhead Bella Hadid.
The New Adidas Forum Buckle Low
The Grammy winner has teased an upcoming pair of sneakers that have never been seen in public before. Bunny wore a fisherman’s bucket hat, tailored tracksuit bottoms, and an oversized, checked shirt to the unveiling of his wax figure at Madame Tussauds in New York City. He was wearing a pair of Adidas Forum Lows in an eye-catching pale blue colorway.
There is no release date yet. However, you can bet that the sneakers will be part of Adidas’ ongoing collaboration with Bunny. The Three-Striped silhouette is an ideal pair of summer sneakers, with sky blue suede accents on the upper and the signature Forum buckle in Arctic blue.
