Ludovic Lazareth is a French born and based customized vehicles creator. His work ranges from cars, to motorcycles or even tricycles. His workshop can be found in Annecy-le-Vieux with his moto-madness featured in various productions such as movies. What he does is not just adjusting or adapting what the client already has, but conceptualizing and materializing a whole idea, leaving from scraps, using parts he deems fit for his creations. So, each new thing he shows up with is completely unexpected. Wild, hard working and devoted, Lazareth is improving time and time again.
This time, he wanted to excite our imagination with an electric powered E-Wazuma, a milestone of many sorts. It’s a sporty quad-vehicle, made to destabilize the conventional perception about what a vehicle should do or look like. It’s one of the best in his category, designed and brought to life for both the sake of innovation and fun. So far, it’s at the stage of a prototype, but the father of it says one could be built without too much effort.

As the name goes, he wanted to leave in the past the usual petrol-powered engine. Instead, this time, he went for the electric drive train. A propulsion system found in the back, with two 30 kW motors is driving the two rear wheels. No latency is expected when you turn it on, so all the sustainable power is under your guidance right off the start. All the torque displayed by the model doesn’t come at a certain RPM. The electric motor flares it up right off the idle stance.
It’s looking good, manly and expressive. I have it in my guts when I expect it to be considered, in the future, yet another example of greatness in such an illustrious career. Personally, I have it compared with the Maserati Wazuma, not in terms of specs, but in terms of brilliance in innovation.
