Good to Go
Sondors is the manufacturer of the most affordable electric bicycle in the world. They called it Sondors THIN, and their plan is to reinvent the eBike transportation. The thing is, the model is looking neat and if you enjoy riding long distances or if you have to commute for work, an electric powered bicycle is a great recommendation.
Sondors THIN makes use of a Panasonic single-cell battery, letting you float from point A to point B without lifting a single toe. All you have to do is push a button and enjoy the ride. The bicycle is amazingly portable and you can forget about it until the end of the day. The battery, when assisted, gives you 30-50 miles covered, while the electric-only powered mode is capable of somewhere around 20 miles. Both depend on the terrain and the rider’s weight.
Simply Sondors THIN
The eBike comes with a 350W motor (250W for EU version), which is plenty for your daily needs. You can take it out for a spin in the early hours, go to work in the morning, come back and be satisfied each and every time you use it. It can speed up to 20 mph, a very good top speed for an electric device on two wheels.
It is undoubtedly a very light two-wheeler, with the frame weighing only 4.2 lbs. The frame is, of course, 100% aluminum. The bike, in total, makes up to 38lbs, with the battery at only 5 lbs. But don’t mistake it for being weak. It’s resilient and prepared to give you a lift in very tough conditions. Up to 250 lbs are supported. Shipping starts May 2016, available so far in two colors, black and white.
