It has been around for some years, but not until this presentation have I seen it put to such mesmerizing use. The creators call Ferrolic the place where digital meets nature. Ferrolic is a digital clock, which displays the digits using ferrofluid on a magnetic field. The technology is somehow comparable to a aquarium in which the fluid runs around. In the back, strong electromagnets let the magic happen, and the liquid presents itself with different shapes, numbers that let you read the time. Everything is framed in a secured aluminum box.

The real futuristic feature is the power invested in the user. This amazing piece of top edge technology lets you edit the silhouette of everything displayed.
