We know winter’s over, but wouldn’t you love to keep at least a few of winter’s charms forever? Like skiing for instance! Well, for all you winter sports enthusiasts and also for all those in love with unconventional architecture AirBnB have finished a daring project: a penthouse located at the top of a ski jump.

Situated in the center of a historical Oslo ski jumping resort, this daring apartment is situated at an impressive height of 60 meters – at the very peak of the ski jump platform. And what’s even cooler – the resort’s sports arena has hosted sportsmen from all over the world during all sorts of competitions including World Championships and Winter Olympics.
But let’s speak a little more about the apartment! It’s decorated with a modern vibe, without having that cold air specific to the new trends in house design. Oh, be prepared for flying! The floor to ceiling windows give you a cool feeling and offer you the most stunning views of Norway’s capital and its amazing neighboring mountains and forests. If you’re scared of heights, this is clearly not for you!
250 steps below, you’ll find the world’s first ski museum. With lots of exhibits, this museum displays over 4000 years of ski history (including the adventures of polar explorers).
Above this penthouse is the highest roof terrace in Oslo, so you can do some serious star gazing (if you’re lucky you might see the Northern Lights).
This penthouse is simply the quintessence of cool!
