Ed Brown and Liz Woods’ happily ever after may not actually be the case. Liz finds herself voicing her emotions over fiancé Big Ed in this exclusive sneak peek of the episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airing on September 25.
She says in the video that she believes Ed “doesn’t necessarily want to see me develop or flourish” as she confides in a friend.
If Ed doesn’t value what she brings to the table, Liz finds it difficult to see how they can make their relationship work, stating, “I feel like I’m the one person so far that’s kind of been in his life that’s never needed anything from him.”
“Maybe that’s why you guys fight. Do you think he wants you to need him more?” Her friend indicates.
“The more you go away from that, the more insecure—he doesn’t have a hold on you?” She continues.
But when does Liz feel that Ed is there for her? while she works out at the gym.
“He will look through photos and be like, ‘Oh, do you ever think about being back to that size? It’s kind of insulting. I don’t feel pretty.” She confessed.
Then Liz says that during their brief split, she started taking dancing classes because she would see the “kind of females he was hanging out with,” which is a result of Ed’s concerns.
“I would hope that Ed would love me no matter what. I’ve loved him at his heaviest and his smallest since I’ve been with him. Never thought I would feel so insecure about myself the way that I do now.” She adds.
When Liz, a single mother, was employed as a manager at Ed’s preferred San Diego eatery, they initially got to know one other off-camera.
The two fell in love right away and documented their relationship on 90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life. In November 2021, Ed proposed to the couple.
