This weekend, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck exchanged their “I do’s”. However, this time it happened in front of friends and family in Georgia rather than at a late-night drive-through chapel in Las Vegas.
According to a person close to the couple who was not permitted to talk publicly on the matter on Sunday, August 21st.
According to other sources, the wedding took place on Saturday at Affleck’s house outside of Savannah, Georgia, with all of their children in attendance.
Last month, the celebrity couple exchanged vows in Las Vegas, as Lopez revealed to her followers in her “On the J Lo” newsletter.
On Saturday, all five of Lopez and Affleck’s children attended their wedding along with other guests.
The singer of “Let’s Get Loud” and her ex-husband Marc Anthony are parents of twins Max and Emme, who are 14 years old. Together with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, Affleck co-parents his son Samuel, 10, daughter Seraphina, 13, and Violet, 16.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck had a well-known relationship in the early 2000s. They became engaged but didn’t get married while they were starring together in the movies Gigli (2003) and Jersey Girl (2004).
Since the couple’s romance was reignited last year, paparazzi have been relentlessly following them, from the beginnings of their courting to their red carpet debut at the Venice International Film Festival last year to their most recent honeymoon in Paris.
