1. Barneys x Filling Pieces “Sole Series”
We’ve known about the collaboration between Barneys and Filling Pieces for some time. However, only now we get to see a better picture of the sneaker pack they released. The sneakers come in premium Italian leather sat on a gum sole. Colors are applied in blocks, without rebel, protruding lines. Available on Barney’s for $250.
2. Nike Self-Lacing Hyperadapt 1.0
There has been quite some anticipation gathering for Nike’s self-lacing sneaker. Good news first: it’s going to be released on December 1st. The bad news? It comes with a price tag set at $720. As Nike mentions, when you put the sneakers on, your heel will hit a sensor on the insole and then a mini electric motor will start tightening the laces. Two buttons on the side panel will allow you to fine tune the tightness.
3. adidas Originals NMD_R2 Primeknit
Since the NMD_R1 silhouette made such a fuss on the sneaker market, it was obvious that the three striped brand would come with a second iteration. The midsole now comes with a Boost unit along with debossed stripes instead of EVA plugs. Two primeknit colorways are waiting to be released; unfortunately no release date has been announced.
4. Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam”
The Air Jordan 11 is without a doubt the most anticipated Jordan sneaker of 2016, and the release is just around the corner. For the 20th anniversary of the movie, Jordan Brand dressed the sneaker in a Looney Tunes theme. Air Jordan 11 will be available starting December 10th for $220.
5. Fenty PUMA X Rihanna Unisex “Sneaker Boot”
It’s kind’a weird for Pop singer Rihanna to release a unisex fashion piece. Even so, the success of her teaming up with sneaker giant PUMA is resonating around the world. The latest footwear iteration is called Fenty – a sneaker boot that will keep you warm and stylish for the upcoming winter months. You can get it on PUMA for $325.
