hardly anyone talks to their neighbours. You may just make a friend of the person
living closest to you!
28. Swap Clothing with Your Friends – why buy when you can exchange? Your friends
probably have cool styles and fashions that you like, and vice versa.
29. Attend a Community Event – there are plenty of events taking place in your
neighborhood. Simply sign up, or attend at your leisure.
